What chargers are compatible with Junda Battery packs?

For optimal safety and longevity, we strongly recommend using chargers provided or approved by Junda Battery. Our chargers are specifically matched to your battery pack’s voltage, chemistry, and application, ensuring stable charging and preventing overvoltage or overheating.

  • Each lithium-ion cell has a full charge voltage of 4.2V.

  • The total pack charge voltage = 4.2V × number of cells in series (e.g., 3S = 12.6V).

  • Charging current should be selected based on desired charging time and thermal limits.

If you need help selecting a charger, our technical team can advise on the correct parameters for your pack.

Yes—if your application involves high current or elevated temperatures, we recommend integrating an NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistor into the battery pack.

  • If peak discharge current exceeds 10× the constant current, an NTC is highly recommended.

  • If the device operates in environments above 65°C, an NTC helps prevent PCB overheating and thermal runaway.

Junda Battery supports 10K and 100K NTC options. Our engineering team will guide you through thermal protection strategies during the design phase.

For consumer electronic devices, Junda Battery recommends compact cylindrical lithium-ion cells with proven reliability and energy density. Common cell formats include:
